I have a 3 year contract for my job. This is because we have a funding from government for that length of time. I’d like to say we get more money in 3 years and that might job continues

That’s a good question! At the moment I have no immediate plans to quit, and I am not sure what I would like to do more than my current job. At some point I will need a new challenge, but I think that might be something I would think about in 5 years rather than now.
