Laurence Quirk answered on 29 Apr 2022:
My working week is 37.5 hours over Monday to Friday. Each day is around 7.5 hours with a 30 minute lunch break. Sometimes we work in the evening or weekends in our team but not very often

Sarah Chalmers-Page answered on 1 May 2022:
I’m contracted for up to 3 days a week (22.5 hours), but I have a contract where I work flexibly and only get paid for the work I actually do. Sometimes it’s less, and sometimes – as long as I have checked with the team first – it can be a little more. And I get paid for the work I actually do rather than a fixed amount, so if I work less I earn less.
