I’m not clinical so my hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with a 30 minute break. I might do an evening a month supporting staff who are leading a teaching session. I can work flexibly if I need to

Sarah Chalmers-Page answered on 1 May 2022:
I work on a freelance basis, which means I am able to set my own hours – I just only get paid for the hours I work. Usually I work 9.30am -2.30pm on Mondays-Thursdays and then if I have a lot to do I sometimes work evenings and weekends too. But I am a manager – clinical hours can be a lot more evenings, nights and weekends.
