My very first job was barmaid and waitress! Then shop assistant, more barmaid jobs, I was a nursing assistant (what we would now call a health care assistant) in mental health for a while, I worked in care, was an assistant residential manager in a care facility in the USA, I’ve been an assistant psychologist, then various kinds of NHS manager. And a fibre artist for a while!

My first job was stacking shelves after the store closed for M&S, then a few different roles before I got where I am now.

My job before this one was working in a charity helping set up activities for older people. We had lots of different groups and did things like delivered library books to people who couldn’t get out to their library
